Register as a user

You can register and set up an account on site you just need to click on "My Account" tab in the top right hand corner. Then press the "Continue" button in the "New Customer Sign up here.” and fill in the necessary information. As soon as you are registered you are ready to order!

Placing an order 

Before placing any order you will need to sign in to your account.

Selecting products - select a category 

If you have a product in mind we have made it extremely easy to find – all you need to do is click through the appropriate tabs. E.g. Welcome – Protein – Whey protein – select desired brand and product.

Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the BUY button. If you do not find a product, the product may be temporarily out of stock or hidden from the search box. If this is the case, you can always get in touch using the ‘contact us’ links, and check product availability.

Select a product manufacturer 

Similar to the product specific search you can also browse by brand. Clicking on the brands tab at the top of the page will redirect you to a dedicated landing page listing all of our available brands. Alternatively, you can hover the cursor over the brands tab to display available brands. Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the button "Buy".


Once you have everything in your basket, click ‘proceed to checkout’. After reviewing the items in your basket you can click ‘checkout securely now’ and pay via credit or debit card, or PayPal.

Cancelling an order 

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your subscription order registered in our system. If you want to cancel your order after its adoption, you can try to cancel your order via your account and clicking into the ‘open orders’ section. Within 90 minutes you should receive a confirmation email that the cancellation has been successful. Alternatively, you can send us a cancellation request in "Contact". In this case, we can still try to cancel your order, provided that the order has not yet been passed on to our warehouse.

Please send a notification of the order to be cancelled as soon as possible, as we aim to post orders within 24 hours of receipt. 

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your user password, you can store a new password by pressing clicking the link "Have you forgotten your password?" which can be found on the login page. Fill in your account registered e-mail address and press "send". You should receive an e-mail that prompts you to reset you password. Fill in your account registered email address and a new password, and save your changes. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service under "Contact Us" and send instructions to reset your password via e-mail.
